摘  要:通过对柞蚕蛹虫草以不同强度以及不同时间的蓝光照射,研究蓝光条件下,光照强弱和光照时间对柞蚕蛹虫草子座生长及其中类胡萝卜素含量的影响。结果表明:在光照后10-20 d,用光照强度200 lx的蓝光给予蛹虫草13 h/d光刺激,可有助于子座的生长。光照后20-25 d,用光照强度50 lx的蓝光给予蛹虫草13 h/d光刺激,可有助于子座的生长。光照后25-30 d,用光照强度为50 lx的蓝光给予蛹虫草约10 h/d光刺激,可有助于子座的生长。蓝光条件下,光照强度为3O&37 lx,光照时长为10.60 h/d时,最利于类胡萝卜素的合成与积累。光照强度和光照时间的变化对蛹虫草子座生长均有一定程度的影响。为保证蛹虫草类胡萝卜素的合成、含量的提高,应给予蛹虫草适当的光照强度和适当的光照时间。Cordyceps militaris of Antheraea pernyi Guerin Meneville was cultivated with different intensities and different durations of blue light to study the effects of intensity and duration of blue light on the growth and carotenoid content of stromata of C.militaris.The results indicated that at the beginning of cultivation(10-20 d),using blue light with a light intensity of about 200 lx to give 13 h/d photic stimulation on C.militaris could facilitate the growth of stroma.In the middle period of cultivation(20-25 d),using blue light with a light intensity of about 50 lx to give 13 h/d photic stimulation on C.militaris could facilitate the growth of stroma.In the later period of cultivation(25-30 d),using blue light with a light intensity of 50 lx to give 10 h/d photic stimulation on C.milita・ris could facilitate the growth of stroma.Under the condition of blue light,it was most conducive to the synthesis and accumulation of carotenoids when light intensity was 308.37 lx and illumination duration was 10.60 h/d.Changes in light intensity and illumination duration both had effects on the growth of stroma of C.militaris to a certain degree.In order to ensure the synthesis of carotenoids and the increase of yield,appropriate intensities and durations of illumination should be given on C.militaris.
