急性脑梗死颈动脉粥样硬化与血脂、纤维蛋白原水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血脂、血纤维蛋白原水平对颈动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法选取2016至2018年池州市人民医院收治的急性脑梗死住院患者100例作为病例组,选取同期50例健康者作为对照组。检测两组颈动脉粥样硬化的发生情况,并检测血脂、血纤维蛋白原水平。结果两组间性别、年龄、血总胆固醇和三酰甘油水平比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),病例组患者脂蛋白[(296±34)mmol/L]、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇[(3.18±0.09)]mmol/L及血纤维蛋白原[(3.51±0.07) mmol/L]水平显著高于对照组[(147±14)mmol/L,(3.18±0.09)mmol/L,(3.51±0.07)mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化形成与血低密度脂蛋白及纤维蛋白原水平密切相关,监测血脂及纤维蛋白原水平对于发现颈动脉粥样硬化斑块及预防和治疗急性脑梗死具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the effect of blood lipid and fibrinogen levels on carotid atherosclerosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred cases of acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in the People’s Hospital of Chizhou from 2016 to 2018 were selected as case group.Fifty healthy persons in the same period were selected as control group.The incidence of carotid atherosclerosis was detected in both groups.The levels of blood lipid and fibrinogen were measured.Results There was no significant difference in gender, age, serum total cholesterol or triglyceride levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of lipoprotein [(296±34) mmol/L], low density lipoprotein cholesterol [(3.18±0.09) mmol/L] and fibrinogen [(3.51±0.07) mmol/L] in the patients group were significantly higher than those in the control group [(147±14) mmol/L,(3.18±0.09) mmol/L,(3.51±0.07) mmol/L], the differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The formation of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction is closely correlated with the levels of low density lipoprotein and fibrinogen.Monitoring the levels of blood lipid and fibrinogen is of great significance for the detection of carotid atherosclerotic plaques, prevention and treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
