基于三螺旋模型的产学研协同创新机制研究——以潜水设备行业为例

摘　　要：以三螺旋模型为基础,旨在探讨产学研协同创新的演进及动力机制。通过分析中潜股份有限公司的案例,运用潜水设备行业2014—2018年的发明专利数据计算信息熵,探讨企业、大学与科研院所间的协同创新关系。研究结果表明:(1)潜水设备行业中产业发展需求是产学研协同创新演进的起源;(2)潜水设备行业中企业、大学、科研院所三者独立自主,又有紧密的联系,三螺旋演进依赖于大学和科研院所与企业的紧密合作,而优质的产品技术输出是推动产学研协同创新演进的关键所在;(3)政府应积极参与产学研协同创新过程,发挥其引导作用,通过建立一系列有效的机制为协同创新系统提供制度保障。Based on the triple helix model,the purpose of this study is to explore the evolution and dynamic factors of synergetic innovation of university and industry collaboration.By collecting the data of China Dive Company Limited and the patent of diving equipment industry from 2014 to 2018,this paper studies the synergy among enterprises,universities and research institutes.By calculating the information entropy of patent data,the results show that:(1)in the diving equipment industry,industrial development needs are the origin of the evolution of synergistic innovation among industry,universities and research institutes;(2)Enterprises,universities and research institutes are independent yet closely related to each other in the diving equipment industry—the triple helix evolution depends on the close cooperation between universities and enterprises,and high-quality product technology output is the key to promoting the evolution of synergistic innovation;(3)Government should participate in the collaborative innovation process among industry,universities and research institutes,and play its guiding role to provide institutional guarantee for the collaborative innovation system by establishing a series of effective mechanisms.
