摘　　要：目的探讨C-erbB-2癌基因蛋白在乳腺肿瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法对186例乳腺肿瘤患者进行C-erbB-2癌基因蛋白、ER(雌激素受体)及PR(孕激素受体)检测。结果经研究发现C-erbB-2癌基因蛋白阳性表达细胞主要是癌细胞,在导管内癌、Paget’s病、浸润性导管癌患者中呈C-erbB-2癌基因蛋白高表达,而C-erbB-2癌基因蛋白在浸润性小叶癌患者中阴性表达。结论通过在临床对乳腺肿瘤患者行C-erbB-2癌基因蛋白检测,能够早期确诊乳腺癌并准确鉴别乳腺良恶性病变情况。Objective To explore the Expression and clinical significance of C-erbB-2 in breast cancer. Methods 186 patients with breast cancer were detection by C-erbB-2 oncogene protein ER( estrogen receptor) and PR( progesterone receptor). Results Positive expression cells of C-erbB-2 were mainly cancer cells,which was presented high expression of C-erbB-2 in patients with intraductal carcinoma,paget’s disease and invasive ductal carcinoma,but was presented negative expression in patients with invasive lobular carcinoma. Conclusion Clinical detection of C-erbB-2 oncogene protein in patients with breast neoplasms can diagnose early with breast cancer,and accurately identify benign and malignant breast lesions.
