摘　　要：目的探讨Soltaire支架取栓治疗急性后循环脑梗死的效果及对患者神经功能的影响.方法抽取大同市第五人民医院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的57例急性后循环脑梗死患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(26例)与对照组(21例).对照组患者接受尿激酶原溶栓治疗,观察组患者接受Soltaire支架取栓治疗.分析比较两组患者的临床疗效及神经功能改善状况.结果观察组临床总有效率(92.31%,24/26)高于对照组(57.14%,12/21),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后mRS评分及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分改善状况均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论Soltaire支架取栓对提高急性后循环脑梗死患者临床疗效、恢复患者肌力、改善患者神经功能的临床效果显著.Objective To investigate the effects of Soltaire stent thrombectomy on clinical outcome and its in fluence on neurological function in patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 57 patients with acute posterior circulation cerebral infarction treated in the Fifth People's Hospital of Datong from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as research objects.And they were divided into the observation group(26 cases)and the control group(21 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group received urokinase-based thrombolysis,and patients in the observation group received Soltaire stent thrombectomy.The clinical efficacy and neurological improvement of the two groups were analvzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(92.31%,24/26)was higher than that of the control group(57.14%,12/21),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The scores of modified Rankin scale(mRS),improvement in American National Institute of Health stroke scale scores were significantly better in lhe observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Soltaire stent thrombectomy is effective in improving the clinical efficacy of patients with acute posterior cerebral infarction,restoring the muscle strength of patients and improving the neurological function of patients.
