摘  要:高校思想政治教育有着较强的现实诉求,意识形态的政治叙事需要不同载体、本位、功能等教育叙事手法来调节政治教育的严肃性,丰富政治教育的人文性。在"大学工 大教育"理念的指引下,立足于高校思想政治教育的工作现状和发展前景,坚持立德树人,思考高校思政工作的意义与价值,兼顾工作定位和个人发展,进而探索高校思想政治教育的创新实践路径,提升高校学生工作的实效性。University’s ideological and political education has a strong appeal in reality.The political narration of ideology needs educational narrative techniques such as diversified carriers,original positions and functions to adjust the seriousness of political education and enrich the nature of humanity of political education.Guided by the concept of"broader student work and broader education"and based on current work status and development prospect of university’s ideological and political education,it sticks to the virtues of educating people,takes into account the significance and value of university’s ideological and political education,gives considerations to work positioning and personal development,and further explores innovative and practical path of university’s ideological and political education to improve the effectiveness of university’s student work.
