摘 要:研究了二次风配风方式和SOFA风门开度对锅炉的燃烧经济性及NOx排放的影响。试验结果表明,锅炉采用优化后的缩腰配风方式,可以同时降低灰渣中可燃物含量和NOx生成量,对于锅炉的节能和环保均是有利的;通过增加SOFA风门开度,可以降低NOx生成量,但同时也会造成灰渣中可燃物热损失的增加;锅炉在上两层SOFA风门关闭、下两层SOFA风门开启时,脱硝装置进口NOx浓度为268mg/m^3,灰渣中可燃物热损失为2.69%,此时锅炉运行相对最经济。The influence of secondary air distribution mode and separated over fire air(SOFA)damper opening on combustion economization and NOx emission is studied in this paper.The results indicate that the combustible content in the ash and NOx production could be decreased with the optimized shrink-middle air distribution mode,which is beneficial to the energy saving and environmental protection of the boiler.By increasing the SOFA damper opening,the NOx emission could decrease.Meanwhile,the combustible heat loss in the ash could increase.While the two upper layers of SOFA dampers are closed and the two lower layers of SOFA dampers are opened,the NOx concentration at the inlet of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)reactor is 268 mg/Nm^3 and the heat loss of the ash is 2.69%,and the economy of boiler is best at this condition.
