不同提取工艺对高山红景天愈伤组织抗氧化活性的影响

摘　　要：为提高高山红景天愈伤组织提取物对DPPH自由基的清除效果,试验以生物反应器培养的高山红景天愈伤组织作为试验材料,对提取溶剂、溶剂浓度、提取时间、提取次数、料液比等条件进行了优化,探明最优提取工艺。结果表明:利用乙醇进行提取时,总黄酮含量最高,同时清除率也最高,达到76.05%。经过优化后,在乙醇浓度为80%,提取时间1 h、料液比1∶10(g∶mL),提取3次的条件下进行提取,清除率达到87.60%。To enhance the scavenging effect of extracts from Rhodiola sachalinensis callus on DPPH radical,the R.sachalinensis callus cultured in the bioreactor was chosen as experiment materials and the optimal extraction process was explored by optimizing extraction solvent,solvent concentration,extraction time,times,and material to liquid ratio.The results showed that the total flavonoids content was the highest when extracted by ethanol,and the scavenging rate reached 76.05%.The optimal extraction conditions were:80%ethanol for 1 h with 1∶10 of the material-liquid ratio for 3 times,which the scavenging rate reached 87.60%.
