新时代高职院校学生社团发展现状及对策研究——以深圳职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：社团是培养学生创新意识、提升学生综合素质的重要载体,在校园思想引领、文化建设、素质教育等方面发挥着重要作用。本文以深圳职业技术学院为例对高职学生社团建设展开研究,涵盖参与社团初衷、参与社团收获、退出社团原因、社团发展问题等方面。在对调查结果进入深入分析的基础上,提出从构建思政教育引领平台、建立"社团+"发展模式、营造"三创"教育氛围、构建社团课程体系、共建共享社团活动空间等五方面进一步完善社团建设,提升社团整体水平。Students’ association is an important carrier to cultivate students’ innovative consciousness and improve their comprehensive quality. It plays an important role in the ideological guidance, cultural construction, quality education and so on. This paper takes Shenzhen Polytechnic as an example to conduct an analysis from the original intention of participating in the association, the involvement in the association, the reasons for withdrawing from the association, the development of the association and other dimensions. It is proposed to further improve the association construction and enhance the association activities from five aspects:building a leading platform for ideological and political education, building an "association +" development model, building a "three creation" education atmosphere, building an association curriculum system, and building and sharing association activity space.
