“五进制”退役复学大学生培养模式研究——以常州机电职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：在国家政策支持下,大量的学子携笔从戎,大学生士兵已成为部队的重要群体。在新的征兵形势下,为了进一步健全退役复学大学生的综合性培养模式,帮助退役复学大学生更快、更好地成长成才,文章提出通过课程推进、活动促进、个别跟进、外部环境渗进以及全程化递进等五个方面,攻克学生管理工作中的难题,引领退役复学大学生全面成长。Nowadays a large number of college students enlist in response to the national call.College student soldiers account for a great portion in the troops.Under the new conscription situation,it is urgent to improve the comprehensive cultivation mode of student veterans,in order to help them get well educated.In this paper the authors analyzed five aspects,including curriculum promotion,activity promotion,individual observation,external interference and overall progress,with the purpose of overcoming difficulties in management and guiding overall growth of student veterans.
