摘　　要：综合民航行业发展需求和民航科技发展总体趋势可见,智慧民航是大势所趋,梳理智慧民航的赋能技术、关键特征、模式形态和关键技术尤为重要。从民航发展背景和智慧民航定义出发,分析了5G(第5代移动通信网络)、云计算、物联网、大数据、人工智能和移动互联网等新兴技术对民航的可能影响,探讨了智慧民航的关键特征和应用场景,并提出了实现智慧民航应解决的关键技术问题。As the development demand of civil aviation industry and the trend of civil aviation science and technology,the intelligent civil aviation is the general trend.It is im portant to sort out the enabling technology,the key features,the mode forms and the key technologies of intelligent civil aviation.From the development background of civil aviation industry and the definition of intelligent civil aviation,the possible impact of technological changes is analyzed,such as 5G(the 5th generation mobile networks),the cloud com puting,the internet of things,the big data,the artificial intelligence?and the mobile internet.The key features and the application scenarios of intelligent civil aviation are described,and the key technical problems of realizing intelligent civil aviation are put forward.
