新西兰图书馆职业资格认证体系与配套制度分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]利用文献调查法与内容分析法对新西兰图书馆职业资格认证体系与配套制度进行分析,以期为我国建立相关的图书馆职业能力标准提供借鉴与参考。[方法/过程]利用文献调查法与内容分析法对新西兰奥特亚罗瓦图书馆和信息协会的图书馆员和情报从业人员专业注册计划及相关实施制度进行分析。从专业注册计划的概况、认证实施机构、注册条件、注册路径和配套体系等角度进行阐述。[结果/结论]新西兰已形成由图书馆行业协会主导的职业资格认证;构建知行合一的认证标准体系;建立长效、多层次、多维度的职业发展配套体系。[Purpose/significance]The paper investigates and analyses the library professional qualification system and its supporting system in New Zealand and accordingly puts forward some suggestions for libraries in China.[Method/process]This paper analyses the professional registration scheme and related supporting system of the Library and Information Association of New Zealand Aotearoa.It elaborates on the general situation of professional registration scheme,registration board,registration requirements,registration routs and supporting systems.[Result/conclusion]The results show that New Zealand has formed a professional qualification certification system led by the library industry association.A unified system of knowing and doing has been established.And a long-term,multi-level and multi-dimensional professional development supporting system has been set up.
