摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)已经是越来越普遍的慢性肝脏疾病,并且严重的情况下可以转变为非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH),甚至可以向肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)转变,严重危害着人们的健康。肝脏巨噬细胞是肝脏中一群重要的非实质细胞,对肝脏的功能稳态和免疫调节起到重要的作用,同时也是人体最大一群组织定居巨噬细胞。近年来,有研究报道,肝脏巨噬细胞参与肝脏疾病的发生,尤其在NAFLD的发病过程中扮演重要角色。然而,肝脏巨噬细胞异质性对于NAFLD的贡献以及在该过程中的分子机制尚不明确。本文主要对肝脏巨噬细胞在NAFLD中的作用、机制以及潜在免疫治疗前景进行综述。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has become a common chronic disease,and in severe cases can be transformed into non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)or even to hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),which is considered as a serious threaten to health of human beings.Hepatic macrophages are a group of important non-parenchymal cells in liver,which play important roles in the functional homeostasis and immune regulation of liver.Hepatic macrophages are also the largest group of tissue resident macrophages in body.In recent years,many studies have been reported that hepatic macrophages were involved into the progression of liver diseases,especially into the pathogenesis of NAFLD.However,the contribution of macrophages heterogeneity and molecular mechanisms in this process remain unclear.This paper reviews the functions,mechanisms and potential immunotherapy strategies of hepatic macrophages in NAFLD.
