摘  要:动粒蛋白KNL1是染色体动粒中的一种具有高度保守作用的支架蛋白。它与多种疾病表型相关,这与它的结构和功能息息相关。KNL1的有序和无序结构区域,导致了它在动粒组装、染色体定向运动和其监察机制的信号通路中起到重要作用。目前,国内相关研究鲜有报道。本文综述了KNL1与一些疾病表型的关系,并总结探究其结构和功能以及引发一些与肿瘤治疗相关的思考。Kinetochore protein KNL1 is a scaffold protein with highly conserved function in chromosome kinetochore.It is associated with a variety of disease phenotypes,which are related to its structure and function.The ordered and disordered structural regions of KNL1 cause it to play an important role in the signal pathway of motility particle assembly,chromosome orientation and its monitoring mechanism.At present,few researches have been reported in China.In this paper,the relationship between KNL1 and some disease phenotypes is reviewed,and the structure and function of KNL1 are summarized and explored,as well as some thoughts related to the treatment of tumors.
