摘 要:目的:比较磁共振自旋回波(SE)T1WI、快速自旋回波(TSE)T2WI和质子压脂成像(FS-PDWI)三种序列在重建3D半月板模型中的价值。方法:采用超导3.0T MR对30例正常膝关节半月板进行扫描,所有病例扫描参数保持一致,获得T1WI(A组)、T2WI(B组)和FS-PDWI(C组)三组序列DICOM 3.0格式的影像数据,利用Mimics 16.0软件重建3D半月板模型。采用SPSS19.0软件统计分析,比较三组图像质量的主观评分,比较3D模型与原始二维图像半月板前角、后角及体部的高度和宽度。结果:三组图像质量评分分别为A组4.52±0.31,B组3.98±0.24,C组4.10±0.46;A组vs.B组q值=7.32(P<0.05),B组vs.C组q值=2.38(P>0.05),A组vs.C组q值=5.04(P<0.05)。3D模型与原始二维图像半月板测量值之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MRI T1WI序列为半月板3D重建优势序列,3D模型能清晰精确地模拟半月板的三维几何形态,为半月板生物打印技术提供模型。Objective To compare the value of the spin echo(SE)T1 WI,turbo spin echo(TSE)T2 WI and fat suppressed-proton density-weighted imaging(FS-PDWI)in the reconstruction of the threedimensional meniscus model.Methods Thirty normal meniscus of knee joints were scanned using the3.0 T MRI.Image data of DICOM 3.0 format of three sequences including Group A(T1 WI),Group B(T2 WI)and Group C(FS-PDWI)were obtained.The three-dimensional menisci model was reconstructed using the Mimics 16.0 software,and SPSS19.0 software was used for further statistical analysis.The subjective scores of the image quality were compared among the three groups.The height and width of the anterior horn,body and posterior horn of menisci were compared between the three-dimensional model and original 2 D images.Results The average score of the image quality of group A,B and C was 4.52±0.31,3.98±0.24 and 4.10±0.46 respectively.The q values of group A vs.B,group B vs.C and group A vs.C were 7.32(P<0.05),2.38(P>0.05)and 5.04(P<0.05)respectively.There were no significant differences in meniscus measurements between the three-dimensional model and original 2 D images(P>0.05).Conclusion MRI T1 WI sequence was of great advantage in reconstructing the three-dimensional menisci model.Such model constructed can clearly and precisely simulate the three-dimensional geometrical morphology of meniscus and provide a model for bioprinting.
