摘　　要：工程机械液压阀是控制工程机械运动的关键性元件,每年因失效退役的液压阀数量十分巨大。再制造是再生资源利用的高级形式,是现代制造业中的新兴产业,有利于节约能源和资源、降低制造成本和促进环保,具有非常重要的国家战略意义。该文以多路换向阀为例,概述了液压阀再制造工艺流程中的清洗,拆解,检测,再制造修复及装配入库的技术内容和关键方法,为液压阀的再制造研究提供了理论依据和实践基础。Hydraulic value of construction machinery is the key element to control the movement of construction machinery.The number of hydraulic values decommissioned each year due to failure is very large.Remanufacturing is an advanced form of renewable resource utilization and a new industry in modern manufacturing.Also it is conducive to saving energy,reducing production costs and protecting the environment.It has extremely important national strategic significance.In this paper,the multi-way reversing value is taken as an example to summarize the technical contents and key methods of cleaning,dismantling,testing,remaufacturing and assembling in the remanufacturing process,has provided theoretical and practical basis for remanufacturing of hydraulic values.
