摘 要:为了分析西青果等5种中药水煎液对多重耐药嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的体外抑菌活性,本文收集嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌临床标本,筛选出了对复方新诺明等14种抗菌西药全部耐药的菌株12株,随后对西青果、黄连、黄芩、板蓝根、龙胆5种中药对耐药嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的体外抑菌活性进行分析,分别测定中药的最低抑菌浓度:MIC50和MIC90。结果显示,西青果MIC50为0.529 mg/mL,MIC90为1.058 mg/mL;黄连MIC50为1.680 mg/mL,MIC90为1.680 mg/mL;黄芩MIC50为2.185 mg/mL,MIC90为2.185 mg/mL。由此得出,中药西青果对嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌抑菌活性最强,黄连、黄芩次之。In order to analyze antibacterial activities of 5 kinds of Chinese traditional medicines including Fructus chebulae immaturus against multidrug-resistant Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in vitro,Clinical specimens of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia are collected in this study,twelve strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia resistant to all 14 kinds of antimicrobial agents(piperacillin,piperacillin/tazobactam,ticarcillin/corynic acid,cefotaxime,ceftriaxone,ceftazidime,cefepime,aztreonam,imipenem,amikacin,gentamicin,levofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,cotrimoxazole)are screened out.Then,the antibacterial activities of5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines(Fructus chebulae immaturus,Rhizoma coptidis,Scutellariae radix,Radix isatidis,Radix gentiana)against drug-resistant Stenotrophomonas maltophilia are tested by agar dilution method in vitro.The minimum bacteriostatic concentrations of these drugs are determined respectively including MIC50 and MIC90.The result shows that Decoction of Radix isatidis and Radix gentiana has no antimicrobial activity against Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in vitro,while the Fructus chebulae immaturus,Rhizoma coptidis and Scutellariae radix have different antimicrobial activities.Their minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)are as follows:Fructus chebulae immaturus MIC50 is 0.529 mg/mL,MIC90 is 1.058 mg/mL,and Rhizoma coptidis MIC50 is 1.680 mg/mL,MIC90 is 1.680 mg/mL,Scutellariae radix MIC50 is 2.185 mg/mL,MIC90 is 2.185 mg/mL.Consequently,among five Chinese traditional medicines,Fructus chebulae immaturus has the strongest antibacterial activity against Stenotrophomonas maltophilia,followed by Rhizoma coptidis and Scutellariae radix.
