摘  要:视觉电生理作为无创客观的检查方法,可客观评估弱视患儿视网膜功能。对于不同类型弱视,不同年龄的弱视患儿进行视觉电生理检查,发现各波振幅和潜伏期存在一定的差异,其异常成分可提示弱视类型及协助弱视诊断和治疗效果评价。Visual electrophysiology,as a non-invasive and objective examination method,can objectively evaluate the retinal function of children with amblyopia.For different types of amblyopia and children with amblyopia at different ages,a visual electrophysiological examination was performed.The results demonstrated significant differences in the amplitude and latency of each wave.The abnormal components could indicate the type of amblyopia and assist the diagnosis and evaluation of treatment effect of amblyopia.
