摘 要:考虑商品缺货时滞后供给和需求转移的情况,建立了顾客等待和需求转移的连锁零售商EOQ模型。通过理论和仿真分析得到相关研究结果。研究表明:当顾客对缺货反应积极而对转移购买消极时,连锁零售商可以采用饥饿营销策略,此时应缩短商品有现货时间,延长缺货时间,限量供应;当各连锁零售商需求占比失衡时,应减少商品有现货时间和缺货时间,降低订货量可减少总连锁零售商利润损失。Considering the supply lag and demand shift during commodity stockout,the paper established the EOQ model of the chain retailers with consideration of customer waiting and demand shift,and obtained the relevant research results through theoretical and simulation analysis.The result showed that when the customers were positive toward shortages and negative toward buying from another source,the chain retailers could adopt the hunger marketing strategy and under such circumstance,they should shorten the in-stock time of the commodities,extend their out-of-stock time,and limit their supply;when the demand ratio among the stores of a chain retailer was unbalanced,it was necessary to cut down the in-and out-of-stock time of the commodities and reduce the order volume so as to alleviate the total profit loss of the chain retailer.
