辨证敷脐疗法联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型肝硬化腹水临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药敷脐疗法联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型肝硬化腹水的临床疗效,为敷脐疗法治疗肝硬化腹水提供科学依据。方法:将120例确诊为肝硬化腹水的气虚血瘀型患者,按完全随机法分为对照组(西药治疗)和治疗组(西药+敷脐疗法),各60例。观察两组患者总有效率及中医症候积分、腹胀缓解时间以及肝肾功能、电解质、凝血功能、血常规等指标的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.7%,优于对照组的68.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且在改善患者临床症状及腹胀缓解时间方面亦优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:敷脐疗法联合西药治疗气虚血瘀型肝硬化腹水患者疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and umbilical cord in treating qi-deficiency and blood stasis type cirrhosis ascites, and provide a scientific data foundation for clinical treatment of cirrhosis ascites. Methods:Total of 120 patients with qi-deficiency and blood stasis diagnosed as cirrhosis with ascites were divided into two groups according to the completely randomized method: the control group(basic treatment group) and the treatment group(basic treatment + Yiqi Huoxue Lishui paste). By observing the total effective rate of the two groups of patients, the improvement of TCM syndrome scores, the time of bloating remission, the liver and kidney function electrolytes, coagulation function, blood routine and other blood indicators to evaluate the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of umbilical cord blood stasis in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type cirrhosis ascites Efficacy. Results:The total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group, which was better than 68.3% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and it was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms and bloating relief time(P<0.05). Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Recipe for the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type cirrhosis ascites is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
