摘　　要：目的观察可植入式眼内镜(implantable collamer lens ICL)V4c治疗高度近视眼临床效果。方法观察郑州市第二人民医院40例(80只眼)高度近视的患者眼内植入ICL V4c晶体,进行术后屈光度、视力、波前像差、对比敏感度的均方根值的统计。结果手术后3个月LogMAR平均裸眼视力、LogMAR最佳矫正视力和屈光度与手术前之间的差异有统计学意义(t=11.24.12.27,10.79,P=0.012,0.024.0.017)。手术前、手术后3个月总体低阶像差均方根值有统计学差异(t=-19.14,P=0.003),总高阶像差、三阶像差、四阶像差和五阶像差的均方根值无显著性差异(t=-1.567、0.856、0.367、0.547,P=0.112、0.316、0.267、0.298)。术前和术后3个月低频段指(1-5 c/d和3.0 c/d),中频段指(6.Oc/d),高频段指(12.0和18.Oc/d),明、暗视对比敏感度和明、暗视眩光对比敏感度的Log值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论植入ICLV4c晶体的高度近视患者术后疗效好、手术安全性高,人工晶体植入后房较稳定,术后屈光状态可预估,视觉效果更好。Objective TO observe the clinical outcome of implantable collamer lens(ICL V4c)for high myopia.Methods Forty patients(80eyes)with high myopia were implanted of ICL V4c.Three monthsafter surgery,the visual acuity,refraction,the RMS and contrast sensitivity of aberrations were evaluated and statistically analyzed.Results There were significant differences between preoperative and at 3 month postoperative of the average uncorrected visual acuity(LogMAR),best corrected visual acuity(LogMAR),and refraction(t=11.24、12.27、10.79,P=0.012、0.024、0.017).There was significant difference between preoperative and at 3 month postoperative of the root mean square value in the general lower-order aberrations(t=-19.14,P=0.003).There were no statistically significant differences in the general higher-order aberrations,3-order aberrations,4-order aberrations,and 5-order aberrations root mean squarevalue between preoperative and at 3 month postoperative(t=-1.567、0.856、0.367、0.547,P=0.112、0.316、0.267、0.298).Three months after surgery,there were was no significant differences at all spatial frequencies of CSF.Conclusion ICL V4c is safe,effective,predictable and the results were stable for treating high myopia and can bring us better visual performance.
