摘  要:高校教师是我国科学研究的主体人群之一,高等本科院校是承担高等教育的主要载体,新建地方应用型本科高校一直存在教学与科研之间发展不平衡的问题,从新建地方应用型本科高校科研与教学互动是高校发展的基本特征,加强新建地方应用型本科高校教学与科研互动方法,逐步解决新建地方应用型本科高校科研薄弱、无科研团队等问题,在完成教学任务的同时提升科研能力。College teachers are viewed as one major group of doing scientific research in China,and undergraduate colleges are the main carrier of undertaking higher education.There always exists an imbalance between teaching and scientific research in new local applied undergraduate universities.The interaction of teaching and scientific research is viewed as the basic characteristic for the development of newly-built local applied undergraduate colleges.However,there are some problems in the interaction between scientific research and teaching in newly-built local applied undergraduate colleges,such as the weak foundation in scientific research,lack of scientific research team and so on.For addressing these problems,this paper proposes ways of strengthening the interaction so as to improve the ability of scientific research while completing the teaching task.
