摘　　要：目的:探讨枳实对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠血清中白介素-6(IL-6)、干细胞因子(SCF)及胃动素(MTL)的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、生理盐水组、枳实低、中、高浓度组及多潘立酮组,每组8只,雌雄各半。除正常组外,其余各组复制FD大鼠模型,并于造模同一天分别给予相应药物灌胃。HE染色法观察大鼠胃窦组织病理变化,酶联免疫法(ELASE)检测血清中IL-6、SCF、MTL含量。结果:模型组、生理盐水组大鼠胃黏膜腺体排列正常,腺体表面可见少量炎性细胞浸润,其余各组大鼠胃壁组织结构完整,未见明显炎性细胞浸润。与正常组比较,造模后血清中IL-6含量显著升高,而SCF、MTL含量则显著降低(均P﹤0.05);与模型组比较,药物干预后SCF、MTL含量显著升高,而枳实中、高浓度组及多潘立酮组IL-6含量则均显著降低(均P﹤0.05);其中IL-6含量随枳实浓度增加而逐渐降低,SCF、MT含量则逐渐升高(均P﹤0.05)。结论:枳实可通过降低FD大鼠血清中IL-6水平,升高SCF、MTL水平,改善胃肠动力障碍,且呈剂量依赖性。Objective:To approach the effect of Zhishi on interleukin-6(IL-6),stem cell factor(SCF)and motilin(MTL)in serum of rats with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,normal saline group,low,medium and high Zhishi concentration groups and domperidone group,8 rats in each group,half male and half female.Except normal group,other groups were replicated into FD rat models and given the corresponding drugs by gavage on the same day of modeling.The pathological changes of gastric antrum tissue of rats were observed by HE staining.The contents of IL-6,SCF and MTL in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The arrangement of gastric mucosa glands of rats in model group and normal saline group was normal,and a small amount of inflammatory cells infiltrated on surface of gland.The rats in other groups had intact gastric wall tissue structure and no obvious inflammatory cell infiltration was seen.Compared with normal group,IL-6 levels in serum after modeling were significantly increased,while SCF and MTL levels were significantly decreased(P﹤0.05).Compared with model group,the levels of SCF and MTL were significantly increased after drug intervention,while the levels of IL-6 in middle and high Zhishi concentration groups and domperidone group were significantly lowered(P﹤0.05).The content of IL-6 decreased gradually with increase of Zhishi concentration,while the contents of SCF and MT increased gradually(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Zhishi can increase the levels of SBR and MTL by reducing the level of IL-6 in serum of FD rats,and improve the gastrointestinal motility disorder,which is positively correlated with dose.
