裂隙灯显微镜下取角膜异物的临床分析及体会

摘　　要：目的探讨裂隙灯显微镜下取角膜异物的临床治疗效果以及干预措施。方法选择我院2017年7月~2019年1月期间收治的裂隙灯显微镜下角膜异物剔除术患者110例参与研究,随机分组后,对照组患者接受常规性护理干预,观察组接受整体护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组角膜异物一次性剔除率为92.73%,术后感染率为1.82%,满意度为90.91%,显著高于对照组的相关数据,经检验,P<0.05。结论对于裂隙灯显微镜下剔除角膜异物的患者,应用整体护理,能够有效提升角膜异物的一次性剔除率,提升护理满意度,降低术后感染几率,效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect and intervention measures of corneal foreign bodies removed under slit lamp microscope.Methods 110 patients undergoing corneal foreign body removal under slit lamp microscope were selected from July 2017 to January 2019.After randomly divided into two groups,the patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group received holistic nursing intervention,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The removal rate of corneal foreign bodies in the observation group was 92.73%,the postoperative infection rate was 1.82%,and the satisfaction rate was 0991%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients who remove corneal foreign bodies under slit lamp microscope,holistic nursing can effectively improve the one-off removal rate of corneal foreign bodies,improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the probability of postoperative infection,and the effect is remarkable.
