摘　　要：目的探究经皮椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎单椎体血管瘤的疗效。方法本研究中观察对象为50例胸腰椎单椎体血管瘤患者给予经皮椎体成形术治疗。结果1例患者病情无变化,另外49例患者均得到改善,总有效率98.0%,不良反应的2例,1例发炎,1例疼痛,发生率为4.0%;根据分析,治疗后进行比较得到P<0.05。结论对胸腰椎单椎体血管瘤患者采取经皮椎体成形术治疗,可以帮助患者舒缓疼痛,临床应用效果理想,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of thoracic and lumbar spine single vertebral hemangioma.Methods The subjects in this study were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty in 50 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral hemangioma.Results One patient had no change in condition,and the other 49 patients were improved.The total effective rate was 98.0%,2 cases of adverse reactions,1 case of inflammation,and 1 case of pain,the incidence rate was 4.0%.According to the analysis,after treatment,compare P<0.05 was obtained.Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty for patients with thoracolumbar vertebral hemangioma can help patients to relieve pain,and the clinical application effect is ideal and worth promoting.
