观察舒马普坦联合氟桂利嗪对丛集性头痛的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的 观察舒马普坦、氟桂利嗪联合治疗丛集性头痛的临床效果。方法 60例丛集性头痛患者,按照“计算机表法”分为参照组及观察组,各30例。参照组选择舒马普坦治疗,观察组选择舒马普坦、氟桂利嗪联合治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、生活质量评分(QOL)以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于参照组的70.00%(21/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的VAS评分为(1.09±0.42)分、低于参照组的(2.62±0.51)分, QOL评分为(90.49±3.16)分、高于参照组(79.55±5.24)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为20.00%(6/20),参照组患者的不良反应发生率为26.67%(8/30)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率略低于参照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 丛集性头痛患者应用舒马普坦、氟桂利嗪联合治疗方案,能够获得更高的疗效,明显改善头痛程度,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of sumatriptan combined with flunarizine on cluster headache.Methods A total of 60 patients with cluster headache were divided into control group and observation group by computer table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by sumatriptan,and the observation group was treated with sumatriptan combined with flunarizine.The efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,quality of life(QOL)score and occurrence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 93.33%(28/30)in the observation group,which was higher than 70.00%(21/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score(1.09±0.42)points in the observation group was lower than(2.62±0.51)points in the control group,and QOL score(90.49±3.16)points was higher than(79.55±5.24)points in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 20.00%(6/20)in the observation group,which was 26.67%(8/30)in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was a little lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of sumatriptan and flunarizine can achieve higher curative effect for patients with cluster headache,and obviously improve headache degree and quality of life of patients.
