浅析新时代大学生集体主义精神的培养

摘　　要：新时代用人单位在大学中选拔人才时越来越看重其是否具有集体主义精神,为了帮助即将毕业的大学生更好的就业,通过对新时代、集体主义概念的界定从而了解集体主义精神的具体含义,通过分析调查问卷得知在大学生中存在一部分学生缺乏集体主义精神,通过论述培养大学生集体主义精神对提升学生自身品质、促进家庭和睦、加强学风建设和增强民族凝聚力的重要性,针对培养大学生集体主义精神存在的问题,提出通过个人树立集体意识、家庭树立榜样教育、学校营造良好氛围、社会倡导舆论导向等途径培养大学生的集体主义精神。AbstrTo enter a new era, when unit of choose and employ persons in university emphasis on whether students have collectivism spirit, in order to help the graduating college students better employment in order to be admitted to unit of choose and employ persons,first through the definition of a new era,collectivism and understand the specific meaning of the spirit of collectivism,and then through the investigation to obtain the information that most college students think we should cultivate the spirit of collectivism,but there is also a part of the students don't think his class is compact,the collective consciousness.Accordingly put forward the collectivism spirit of the college students to improve the quality of the students themselves,to promote family harmony,to strengthen the construction of study style and enhance national cohesion,the importance of strong,aiming at the existing problem of training college students collectivism spirit and importance through personal establish collective consciousness as a model,family education,school,create a good atmosphere and social advocate public opinion direction for college students to the cultivation of the spirit of collectivism.
