摘　　要：目的探讨气压治疗仪联合全髋关节置换手术治疗股骨近端骨肿瘤的效果。方法采集2014年1月至2019年1月100例股骨近端骨肿瘤患者,分成两组分别进行常规手术治疗(对照组,n=50)和气压治疗仪联合全髋关节置换手术治疗(观察组,n=50),对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05;观察组术后肢体功能恢复优良率(99.00%)高于对照组(93.00%)(P<0.05)。结论气压治疗仪联合全髋关节置换手术治疗股骨近端骨肿瘤的效果显著,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of barotherapy equipment combined with total hip arthroplasty on the treatment of proximal femur tumors.Methods From January 2014 to January 2019,100 patients with proximal femoral bone tumors in our hospital were collected.All patients were divided into two groups,and were treated with conventional surgery(control group,n=50)and barotherapy combined with total hip replacement surgery(observation group,n=50),and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Meantime,the excellent rate of postoperative limb function recovery in the observation group(99.00%)was higher than that in the control group(93.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compression therapy combined with total hip replacement surgery for the treatment of proximal femoral bone tumors has a significant effect,which is worth popularizing.
