摘　　要：目的分析应用动态血压监测仪对各种药物治疗时所产生的作用。方法将原发性高血压患者分成A组和B组(各有155例)进行研究,A组患者应用硝苯地平缓释剂治疗,每次服用的剂量为20 mg,早晚各服用一次。B组患者应用硝苯地平控释剂治疗,每次服用的剂量为30 mg,仅在每天的早上服用一次。结果经过治疗后,两组患者的收缩压和舒张压以及24 h内平均舒张压差异十分明显(P<0.05)。结论实际对高血压患者进行治疗时,硝苯地平控释片的治疗性能更好。Objective To analyze the effect of ambulatory blood pressure monitor on various drugs.Methods Patients with essential hypertension were divided into A group and B group(155 cases each).The patients in A group were treated with nifedipine sustained-release agent at a dose of 20 mg each time,once in the morning and once in the evening.The patients in B group were treated with nifedipine controlled-release agent at a dose of 30 mg each time,only once a day in the morning.Results After treatment,there were signi ficant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure and 24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure between A group and B group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nifedipine controlled-release tablets are better in the treatment of hypertension patients.
