视频脑电图仪在左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平治疗小儿癫痫中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨视频脑电图仪在左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平治疗小儿癫痫中的应用效果。方法将本院在2017年6月至2018年5月期间诊治的64例癫痫患者来展开本次研究活动,在本次研究活动当中选择运用随机分配的方法来着展开研究活动,将选用的这64例患者分成两组,每组患者人数为32人,对照组采用奥卡西平进行治疗,观察组联合采用左乙拉西坦和奥卡西平治疗,对比两组治疗的临床效果以及脑电图改善情况。结果在对观察组进行观察后,发现治疗有效率为96.88%,对照组治疗有效率则为78.13%,因此,可以发现对照组和观察组两组的比较结果是有着极大的显著性差异(P<0.05);在对观察结果进行发现后,发现观察组脑电图改善有效率为96.7%,对照组的脑电图改善有效率为80.0%,观察组和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对癫痫患儿采用左乙拉西坦联合奥卡西平治疗,效果确切,可以明显提高患者的临床效果,改善脑电图,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of video electroencephalography(VEEG)in the treatment of epileptic children with levetiracetam combined with oxazepine.Methods A total of 64 epileptic patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to may 2018 were selected to carry out this research activity.In this research activity,random allocation method was selected to carry out the research activity.The 64 patients were divided into two groups,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oxazepine and the observation group was treated with levetiracetam and oxazepine.The clinical effect and electroencephalogram(EEG)improvement of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of epileptic treatment in the observation group was 96.88%,Significantly higher than the control group(78.13%).Therefore,it can be found that there is a signi ficant difference between the control group and the observation group(P<0.05).After the discovery of the observation results,it is found that the effective rate of EEG improvement in the observation group is 96.7%,and the effective rate of EEG improvement in the control group is 80.0%.There is also a significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Therefore,it is concluded that the levetiracetam combined with oxazepine is effective in the treatment of epileptic children,which can obviously improve the clinical effect and electroencephalogram(EEG),which is worthy of clinical promotion.
