摘　　要：1目的针对糖尿病足溃疡下肢动脉疾病患者,探析MSCTA(多层螺旋CT血管造影)的临床诊断价值。方法本文研究资料均来源我院收治的糖尿病足溃疡下肢动脉疾病患者,病例数为42例,收录时间阶段为2018年6月至2019年8月,所有患者均落实多螺旋CT血管造影的检查方案,统计疾病诊断结果。结果最终检验结局呈现出,所有患者7例处于正常状态,其余35例患者均出现不同程度的动脉闭塞与动脉狭窄。结论在糖尿病足溃疡下肢动脉疾病中,MSCTA诊断方案的临床应用价值显著。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of MSCTA(multi-slice spiral CT angiography)in patients with diabetic foot ulcers and lower extremity arterial disease.Methods The data of this study were all from the patients with diabetic foot ulcers and lower extremity arterial disease admitted to our hospital.The number of cases was 42.The time of admission was from June 20 to August 2019.All patients underwent multi-slice CT angiography.Statistical diagnosis results were collected.Results The final test results showed that 7 patients were in normal condition,and the remaining 35 patients had different degrees of arterial occlusion and arterial stenosis.Conclusion The clinical application value of MSCTA diagnostic protocol is signi ficant in diabetic foot ulcer arterial disease.
