体膜塑型时间对体部肿瘤定位精度产生影响分析

摘  要:目的通过数据分析可以确定热塑体膜在不同塑性的区间中,体膜收缩尺寸对于身体部分的肿瘤位置确定所产生的影响。方法通过测定可以明确体膜收缩所造成的中心位置变化尺寸。在检测过程中,需要将可移动激光灯在体膜内标注“十字线”,5、10、20、25、30 min后,来检测确定体膜部分的回缩尺寸,应用三维激光灯来准确地确定X、Y、Z轴三维激光线。结果热塑体膜塑形之后,在X、Y、Z轴全部都有一定的改变,并且在5~20 min内有着比较明显的变化(P<0.05),20 min后也存在一定的变形情况,但是没有试验价值。结论在经过20 min后,再进行十字线标注,从而可以有效地减小回缩偏差尺寸,保证定位精确度达到标准的要求。Objective To determine the influence of the shrinkage size of the thermoplastic body membrane on the location of tumors in different plastic regions by data analysis.Methods The size of the central position caused by the contraction of the body membrane was determined.In the process of detection,the movable laser lamp should be marked with“cross line”in the body membrane.After 5 minutes,10 minutes,20 minutes,25 minutes and 30 minutes,the retraction size of the body membrane should be determined.The three-dimensional laser lamp should be used to accurately determine the X,Y and Z axis three-dimensional laser lines.Result After thermoplastic membrane shaping,the X,Y and Z axes all changed,and there were obvious changes within 5 to 20 minutes(P<0.05).There were also some deformation after 20 minutes,but there was no test value.Conclusion After 20 minutes,cross marking can effectively reduce the size of retraction deviation and ensure the accuracy of positioning to meet the requirements of the standard.
