摘　　要：目的评估SPECT肾脏动态显像对糖尿病患者诊断结果的影响。方法在2016年1月到2018年5月期间选取40例糖尿病患者和17例体检正常者作为研究对象,利用SPECT肾脏动态显像技术对研究对象进行体检,将糖尿病患者与体检正常者的各项检测指标进行对比。结果根据患者糖尿病病情等级的不同,患者β2尿微量蛋白(β2-MG)指标、BUN指标、Ser指标的提升与糖尿病等级的提升成正比,同时Cer、GFR指标会随着糖尿病等级的提升而呈下降趋势。结论通过SPECT肾脏动态显像技术可以准确地获取β2-MG、BUN、Ser等检测指标,有利于提高对糖尿病的诊断水平,对保障诊断准确性有着重要的作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of SPECT renal dynamic imaging on the diagnosis of diabetic patients.Methods From January 2016 to May 2018,40 patients with diabetes and 17 patients with normal physical examination were selected as subjects.The subjects were examined by SPECT renal dynamic imaging technique,and the patients with diabetes and normal physical examination were included.The item detection indicators were compared.Results According to the grade of diabetes in patients,the increase ofβ2 urinary microprotein(β2-MG)index,BUN index and Ser index was directly proportional to the increase of diabetes grade,and the Cer and GFR indicators decreased with the increase of diabetes grade.Conclusion SPECT kidney dynamic imaging technology can accurately obtainβ2-MG,BUN,Ser and other detection indicators,which is conducive to improve the diagnosis of diabetes,and plays an important role in ensuring diagnostic accuracy.
