摘 要:目的分析彩色多普勒超声诊断仪在乳腺增生结节以及小乳腺癌在临床中的诊断价值。方法选取2017年6月至2018年12月间收治的共88例患者乳腺增生结节患者和小乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按照疾病类型将乳腺增生结节的患者分为对照组,小乳腺癌患者分为观察组,分析两组患者的诊断结果。结果观察组患者回声不均匀率和病灶形态不规则率很明显观察组要高于对照组,观察组患者的病灶边界光滑率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的阻力指数和血流峰值流速明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小乳腺癌和乳腺增生结节患者诊断,应用彩色多普勒超声进行诊断,可以获得十分高的准确率。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in hyperplasia of breast and small breast cancer.Methods From June 2017 to December 2018,a total of 88 patients with breast hyperplasia nodules and small breast cancer patients who came to our hospital for treatment were taken as the research subjects.Patients with hyperplasia of the breast were divided into the control group according to the type of the disease,and patients with small breast cancer were divided into the observation group.The diagnosis results of the two groups were analyzed.Results The echo unevenness rate and lesion morphology irregularity rate in the observation group were obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the smoothness rate of the lesion border was signi ficantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the resistance index and peak velocity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of small breast cancer and breast hyperplasia nodules can be performed with color Doppler ultrasound to obtain a very high accuracy rate.
