家庭医生责任制的实施对社区糖尿病管理的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨对社区糖尿病患者实施家庭医生责任制的管理效果。方法:选择2018年1月—2019年1月收治的糖尿病患者108例,根据管理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。对照组实施常规的管理模式,观察组实施家庭医生责任制的管理模式。收集并统计两组患者资料,对比观察组和对照组管理前后的血糖变化以及满意度。结果:管理前两组血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),管理后观察组的空腹血糖以及餐后血糖均低于对照组,观察组的护理满意度94.44%,显著高度对照组的77.78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对社区糖尿病患者实施家庭医生责任制的管理模式,能够有效控制患者的血糖水平。Objective:To explore the management effect of family doctors'responsibility system for community diabetes patients.Methods:All 108 patients with community diabetes admitted from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the management methods adopted,each group was 54 cases.The observation group implemented the management model of the family doctor's responsibility system,and the control group implemented the routine management mode.The data of the two groups of patients were collected and counted,and the blood glucose changes and satisfaction before and after the management of the observation group and the control group were observed and compared.Results:There was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups before management(P>0.05).The fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 51(94.44%).Forty-two patients(77.78%)in the control group,there was significient difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The management model of family doctors'responsibility system for community diabetes patients can effectively control the blood sugar level of patients,and the effect is remarkable.
