摘　　要：针对当前套管气密封检测作业时人工操作封隔器入套管操作方法存在的问题,对封隔器入套管的工作流程进行详细地研究与分析,通过构建相关力学模型及计算,进行结构设计与强度校核,研制了一种封隔器入套管推靠式机械手。该机械装置无需外部动力,采用机械推靠原理将封隔器推入套管,在进行套管头高度较高的封隔器入套管作业时速度、安全性同以往相比提升得尤为明显,提高了气密封检测作业的整体工作效率。Aiming at the problems existing in the manual operation of packer inserting into casing in the current casing gas seal inspection operation,the working process of packer insertion into casing is studied and analyzed in detail.Through the construction of relevant mechanical model and calculation,structural design and strength check,a pushing manipulator for packer insertion into casing is developed.The mechanical device does not need external power and it is pushed into the casing by the mechanical principle.The speed and safety of the packer with higher casing head are improved more obviously than before,and the overall working efficiency of the gas seal inspection operation is improved.
