试论基层团学组织在学风建设中的重要作用——以辽宁工业大学土建学院“秋雁学堂”为例

摘　　要：围绕高校立德树人的根本任务,团学组织在推进学校优良学风建设上具有重要的作用。结合新时代学风建设中的新要求和目前存在的主要问题,通过论述辽宁工业大学土建学院"秋雁学堂"的合作学习模式及学生社团在学风建设工作中的作用,探索在开展团学工作的过程中通过朋辈教育和自我教育解决学习困难的有效途径,为高校团学组织在学风建设中如何发挥重要作用提供借鉴。The demand and main problems in study style construction in the new era are introduced. The role of Qiuyan School and student’s clubs of Civil and Architectural Engineering College in Liaoning University of Technology in study style construction is analyzed. It is found that peer education and self-education are an effective way to deal with learning difficulties.
