白芍总苷联合曲安奈德对口腔扁平苔藓患者的临床疗效及其对血清TNF-α和IL-6水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨白芍总苷联合曲安奈德治疗口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者的临床疗效及对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:选取80例口腔扁平苔藓患者为研究对象,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组局部注射曲安奈德,治疗组在对照组的基础上口服白芍总苷胶囊,同时纳入40例健康对照组。治疗1个月后,评价其临床疗效及受检者血清中TNF-α和IL-6的水平。结果:1个月后,治疗组的临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清TNF-α和IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且均高于健康组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的患者血清TNF-α和IL-6水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:白芍总苷联合曲安奈德能有效降低OLP患者血清TNF-α和IL-6水平,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of total glucosides of paeony(TGP)combined with intralesional triamcinolone on patients with oral lichen planus(OLP)and its effect on serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels.Methods:Patients with OLP(n=80)were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The control group was given local injection of intralesional triamcinolone,and the treatment group was given oral administration of total glycoside of paeony on this basis.At the same time,40 healthy persons were selected as the healthy control group.After 1 month of treatment,the clinical effect and the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in serum were evaluated.Results:1 month later,the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels of the two groups were lower than that of the pre-treatment and higher than that of the healthy group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TGP combined with intralesional triamci nolone can effectively reduce the serum TNF-αand IL-6 levels in OLP patients,which has a better clinical effect.
