摘　　要：新时代社会治理具有浓厚的政治属性、强烈的时代特征、鲜明的政策导向。推进社会治理法治化应当坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,与落实"十四条基本方略"、提升现代国家治理体系和治理能力现代化相衔接,把党的建设重大成效转化为直接动力。应当以矛盾论思维方法抓社会治理主要矛盾,以实践论行动立场克服理念滞后、思想僵化、思路狭窄、动力不足等局限,以法治思维转化基层治理中创造的制度累积。应当注意国家、省域、基层不同层级上,在社会治理法治化的制度、机制与措施等方面的共性与差异,切实体现人民的价值主体与实践主体地位。The social governance in the new era has strong political attributes, strong characteristics of The Times and clear policy orientation. To promote the legalization of social governance, we should follow the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, linked with the implementation of the "14 basic principles and strategies", and the modernization of the modern state governance system and governance capacity, to transform the Party’s major achievements into direct power. We should grasp the main contradiction of social governance with the thinking method of contradiction theory, overcome the limitation of rigid thinking, narrow thinking, insufficient motivation, etc., with the standpoint of practice theory and action and transform the institutional accumulations created in grassroots governance in the thinking way of rule of law. At different levels of the country, the province and the grass-roots level, attention should be paid to the common and difference of the system, mechanism and measures of the legalization of social governance, to truly and practically reflect the main status of people’s value main part and practice main part.
