渗透树脂与微研磨技术治疗正畸后牙面白斑样病损的比较研究

摘　　要：目的探讨渗透树脂修复在正畸后牙面白斑样病损中的应用,评价修复前后的美学效果。方法将58例正畸治疗后发生牙面白斑样病损患者随机分为观察组(渗透树脂修复治疗)和对照组(微研磨治疗)各29例,观察两组患者的修复效果。结果与修复前相比,两组患者在修复后1个月、修复后6个月的白斑样病损面积比明显降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组患者的修复后1个月白斑样病损面积比[(6.24±1.05)%<(11.84±3.26)%,t=5.349]、修复后6个月白斑样病损面积比[(4.09±0.82)%<(11.38±2.71)%,t=5.508]相对更低(P<0.05),而患者对于修复效果的满意度(93.10%>72.41%,χ^2=4.350)相对更高(P<0.05)。结论对正畸后牙面白斑样病损实施渗透树脂修复具有良好的美学效果,可以有效消除病损,降低龋病发生率,进而改善牙齿的美观度。Objective To explore the application of osmotic resin in the treatment of white plaque after orthodontic,and evaluate the aesthetic effect before and after the treatment.Methods a total of 58 patients with albinosis after orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into observation group(osmotic resin repair)and control group(microgrinding treatment),with 29 cases each.Results compared with the two groups before repair,the area ratio of leukoid-like lesions was significantly reduced 1 month after repair and 6 months after repair(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the observation group of patients with white spot sample one month after repair damage area ratio[(6.24+1.05)%<(11.84+3.26)%,t=5.349],six months after the restoration of vitiligo lesions area ratio[(4.09+0.82)%<(11.38+2.71)%,t=5.508]relatively lower(P<0.05),and patients to the satisfaction degree of the effect of repair(93.10%>72.41%,the chi square=4.350)are relatively higher(P<0.05).Conclusion the osmotic resin has a good aesthetic effect on the treatment of the whiteness of orthodontic teeth,which can effectively eliminate the lesions,reduce the incidence of caries and improve the aesthetics of teeth.
