石英纤维桩结合纳米树脂治疗前牙外伤的美学效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析使用石英纤维桩及纳米树脂联合治疗前牙外伤患者的美学效果。方法将2015年1月至2018年10月我院口腔科接收的前牙外伤患者共119例(140颗患牙)为研究对象,依据数字表法随机分成对照组(应用纳米树脂分层堆塑)59例和观察组(应用石英纤维桩及纳米树脂进行牙体缺损修复治疗)60例,统计并比较两组在不同治疗方式下的临床疗效以及治疗满意率情况。结果观察组牙周病变、冠折、根折及树脂脱落率发生比对照组更少,治疗满意率比对照组更高,龈缘高度差值比对照组更小,色泽协调性比对照组更优(P<0.05)。结论使用石英纤维桩及纳米树脂联合治疗前牙外伤的美学效果更优,能有效降低修复体的脱落率,提升患者对医师治疗的满意程度,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To analyze the aesthetic effect of quartz fiber-reinforced post plus nano resin on treatment of anterior teeth injury.Methods 119 anterior teeth injury patients(140 teeth)treated from January 2015 to October 2018 in our stomatology department were selected and randomly assigned to control group(n=59)and observation group(n=60).The control group received the layered modeling with nano resin;the observation group received the quartz fiber-reinforced post plus nano resin.The clinical effect and satisfaction were counted.Results Compared with control group,the occurrences of periodontal disease,crown fracture,root fracture and fall-off resin in the observation group were lower;the treatment satisfaction was higher;the gingival height differences were smaller;the color harmony was better(P<0.05).Conclusion The quartz fiber-reinforced post combined with nano resin can reduce the failure rate of prosthesis,and improve the aesthetic effect and treatment satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
