摘 要:提升我国船舶与海工装备制造业企业的科技创新能力对实现海洋强国战略具有重要意义。结合科技创新能力评价理论,基于船舶与海工装备制造业的特点,构建了船舶与海洋工程装备制造业企业的科技创新能力评价模型,采用基于熵权模糊综合评价方法分析行业总体科技创新水平,并运用TOPSIS法对我国8家船舶与海洋工程装备制造业上市公司进行实证分析。分析结果表明:我国船舶与海洋工程装备制造业企业总体科技创新能力水平一般,其中生产研发能力是促进其科技创新能力提升的关键要素。Improving the scientific and technological innovation capability of China's shipbuilding and marine engineering equipment manufacturing enterprises is of great significance to the realization of marine power strategy.Based on the theory of scientific and technological innovation ability and the characteristics of shipbuilding and marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry,this paper constructs a scientific and technological innovation capability evaluation model for shipbuilding and marine engineering equipment manufacturing enterprises.Furthermore,based on the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the overall level of scientific and technological innovation in the industry is analyzed with the TOPSIS method used to conduct empirical research on eight listed companies in the shipbuilding and marine engineering equipment manufacturing industry.The study shows that China's shipbuilding and marine engineering equipment manufacturing enterprises have a general level of technological innovation capability,and production research and development capability is a key factor to promoting their technological innovation capability.
