摘　　要：目的探讨凝溶胶蛋白(GSN)在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达,并探讨其表达情况对卵巢癌患者的临床病理意义。方法选取2014年1月—2018年12月本院收治的行全面分期手术或肿瘤细胞减灭术治疗的上皮性卵巢癌患者标本45例作为研究对象,记录患者所有相关临床病理资料、治疗方案、复发情况以及联系方式,最后随访时间在2019年5月1日。另外随机选择同时期的卵巢良性肿瘤15例作为对照组。分别予以免疫组织化学检测,分析不同组的GSN蛋白的表达情况,并对所有患者进行电话随访,同时针对GSN蛋白的表达情况分析其与上皮性卵巢癌各项临床病理特征之间的意义。结果GSN蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌组织中表现为高表达,而在卵巢良性肿瘤组织中表现为低表达,分析得出卵巢癌的GSN蛋白的高表达与不同肿瘤的FIGO分期以及有无淋巴结转移间具有相关性,无明显相关性的临床病理参数包括患者年龄、组织学分型及分化程度,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上皮性卵巢癌组织中GSN蛋白表达升高,可能与卵巢癌患者的发生发展及预后有关,对卵巢癌的治疗提供了一定的理论依据。Objective To investigate the expression of gelsolin(GSN)in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues and to explore its clinicopathological significance in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods 45 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer tissue samples collected from patients with ovarian cancer those who underwent comprehensive staging surgery or tumor cell reduction surgery in our hospital between January 2014 and December 2018.All relevant clinicopathological data,treatment regimen,recurrence and contact information were recorded.The final follow-up time was May 1st,2019.15 cases of ovarian benign tumor tissue were randomly selected as a control group during the same time period.The expression of GSN protein in epithelial ovarian cancer and control tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.All patients were followed up by telephone.At the same time,the clinical and pathological significance of GSN protein in the epithelial ovarian cancer tissues were analyzed.Results GSN protein is highly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues,but its expression in benign ovarian tumors was at a low level.It showed that the high expression of GSN protein in ovarian cancer was correlated with the different FIGO stage of tumors and the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis.Clinical pathological parameters those were not correlated to the expression of GSN including patient's age,histological type,and degree of differentiation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The increased expression of GSN protein in ovarian cancer tissue may be related to the development and prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer,and it may provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of ovarian cancer.
