摘　　要：目的:了解精神疾病康复者在日间康复中心的活动状况,并且关注患者对日间康复中心的真实感受。方法 :采用质性研究方法,包括参与式观察和个案访谈法进行调查。随后,将所得数据资料通过主题分析法进行转录、编码、归纳和总结。结果:本研究结果主要包括康复的目标、康复的过程、康复的效果三个方面,集中反映了日间康复中心存在的问题有"人力资源短缺""活动趣味性不足""被动康复"等。对学员来说,康复也是一个相当主观和个人化的概念,康复中心对不同学员而言意味着"安乐窝""与社会联接的窗口"或"过渡站"。结论:精神疾病康复者的治疗和管理需要个性化、具体化的分析和讨论。Objective: This study aims to understand ex-mental patients’ condition in daytime rehabilitation center, focusing on their real feelings. Methods: Qualitative research methods were used, including field participatory observation and case interview. Data collected were transcribed, and coded through thematic analysis. Results: The results of this study mainly include three aspects: the goal, process and effect of rehabilitation, which reflect the problems existing in the daytime rehabilitation center, such as "shortage of human resources", "lack of interest in activities", "passive rehabilitation", etc. For ex-mental patients, rehabilitation is also a very subjective and personal concept. Rehabilitation center means "a comfort zone", "a window to connect with society" or "a transition station" to them. Conclusion: The treatment and management of ex-mental patients need individualized and specific analysis and discussion.
