主觉验光中红绿平衡试验的必要性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨主觉验光中红绿平衡试验的必要性。方法:对60例来我院首次验光的近视患者进行调节反应、调节灵敏度、正负相对调节检查,12岁以下患者使用复方托吡卡胺滴眼液进行睫状肌麻痹后使用综合验光仪验光,12岁及以上患者行电脑验光再用综合验光仪验光。每个患者先进行不使用红绿平衡试验的主觉验光,再进行有红绿平衡试验的主觉验光,比较其两种主觉验光的结果。结果:散瞳验光患者、小瞳验光患者使用红绿平衡试验与不使用红绿平衡试验的结果均无差异(P=0.686、0.655)。Bland-Altman一致性分析显示不使用红绿平衡试验的主觉验光与使用红绿平衡试验的主觉验光的结果有较好的一致性。多重线性回归分析显示使用红绿平衡试验的主觉验光与不使用红绿平衡试验的主觉验光结果不受年龄、隐斜、调节滞后量、正相对调节、负相对调节影响(均P>0.05)。结论:红绿平衡试验不会影响验光结果。·AIM:To evaluate the effect of red-green duochrome test in subjective refraction.·METHODS:A randomly-selected sample size of 60 new patients with myopia were measured twice using subjective refraction with and without the red-green duochrome test.Assessments on the effectiveness were made based on comprehensive optometry analysis,accommodation response,accommodation sensitivity,positive and negative relative accommodation.·RESULTS:Application of red-green duochrome test on the targeted population did not show any statistical significance to the subjective refraction results.No difference was observed on patients with dilated pupils(P=0.686) and non-dilated pupils(P=0.655).BlandAltman analysis of displayed good consistency between both subjective refraction measurements on each patient.Multivariate linear regression analysis shows that the results of subjective refraction were independent of age,obliquity,regulation lag,positive relative adjustment,and negative relative adjustment effect(P>0.05).·CONCLUSION:The red-green duochrome test does not affect optometric results.
