摘　　要：通过建立资产评估风险管理的评价指标体系,利用层次分析法(AHP)识别风险因素、估测和评价风险大小以及从评价风险管理的效果等实务操作方面作出探讨,进一步提高资产评估风险防范能力,优化资产评估工作质量。Through the establishment of the evaluation index system of asset evaluation risk management, by the use of AHP, this paper identifies risk factors, estimates and evaluates the size of risk, as well as from the evaluation of the effect of risk management and other practical operations, to further improve the risk prevention ability of asset evaluation and optimize the quality of asset evaluation work.
