校政企协同推进铁路国际化人才培养的措施分析

摘　　要：铁路国际化人才培养是支撑我国铁路“走出去”战略实施的基础和关键。为缓解目前铁路国际化人才供需矛盾和为铁路“走出去”战略提供持续的人才供给,分析了高等院校、政府部门、外向型企业在推进铁路国际化人才培养过程中应承担的角色,并针对三方如何协同推进铁路国际化人才培养提出了相应的具体措施。Railway internationalization talent training is the foundation and key to support the implementation of Chinese railway"going global"strategy.In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of railway internationalization talents and provide continuous talent supply for railway"going global"strategy,the roles of universities,government departments and export-oriented enterprises in the process of promoting railway internationalization talents training are analyzed,and corresponding specifi c measures are put forward for coordinative promoting railway internationalization talents training by three parts.
