Vitalstim治疗仪与吞咽康复训练联合应用对卒中后吞咽功能障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察Vitalstim治疗仪与吞咽康复训练联合应用对卒中后吞咽功能障碍的治疗效果。方法:选取100例卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组予吞咽康复训练,观察组予Vitalstim治疗仪联合吞咽康复训练,比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后吞咽功能评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组吞咽功能评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Vitalstim治疗仪联合吞咽康复训练,可提高卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者的治疗效果,促进其吞咽功能恢复。Objective: To observe effects of Vitalstim therapeutic apparatus combined with swallowing rehabilitation training on swallowing dysfunction after stroke. Methods: 100 patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given swallowing rehabilitation training, while the observation group was given Vitalstim therapeutic apparatus combined with swallowing rehabilitation training. The clinical efficacy and the swallowing function scores before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 84.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The swallowing function scores of the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment, those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Vitalstim therapeutic apparatus combined with swallowing rehabilitation training can improve the therapeutic effects of the patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke and can promote the recovery of swallowing function.
