乳果糖联合灌肠在不完全性肠梗阻患者肠道准备中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察乳果糖联合灌肠在不完全性肠梗阻患者肠道准备中的应用效果。方法:选取182例不完全性肠梗阻患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为三组,分别予聚乙二醇(聚乙二醇灌肠组,52例)、磷酸钠盐(磷酸钠盐灌肠组,62例)、乳果糖+磷酸钠盐(乳果糖联合灌肠组,68例)灌肠进行肠道准备,比较三组肠道清洁程度及不良反应发生率。结果:乳果糖联合灌肠组肠道清洁有效率为88.24%,分别高于磷酸钠盐灌肠组的66.13%,以及聚乙二醇灌肠组的46.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);聚乙二醇灌肠组不良反应发生率为50.00%,高于磷酸钠盐灌肠组的19.40%,并高于乳果糖联合灌肠组的17.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳果糖联合磷酸钠盐灌肠剂灌肠用于不完全性肠梗阻患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备中,可提高肠道清洁效果,且具有一定安全性。Objective: To investigate application effects of lactulose combined with enema on intestinal preparation in patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction. Methods: 182 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction were selected as the research objects and divided into three groups by using the random number table method. They were given polyethylene glycol(polyethylene glycol enema group, 52 cases), sodium phosphate(sodium phosphate sodium enema group, 62 cases), and lactulose + sodium phosphate(lactulose combined with enema group, 68 cases) for intestinal preparation, separately. Then, the degree of intestinal tract clearing and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups. Results: The effective rate of intestinal tract clearing in the lactulose combined enema group was 88.24%, which was higher than 66.13% in the sodium phosphate enema group and 46.15% in the polyethylene glycol enema group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the polyethylene glycol enema group was 50.00%, which was higher than 19.40% in the sodium phosphate enema group and 17.65% in the lactulose combined enema group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: For the intestinal preparation in the patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction, lactulose oral solution combined with sodium phosphate enema can improve the intestinal tract clearing effect and has a certain safety.
