摘 要:为研究国Ⅴ标准下重型柴油客车实际道路行驶时的油耗、NOx和CO排放规律,使用便携式排放监控系统PEMS对一辆国Ⅴ重型柴油客车在南京、常州、镇江3个城市行驶的油耗和排放数据进行收集。从速度和加速度角度,分析不同行驶工况下的油耗速率和排放速率。分析显示,匀速工况下,40~50 km/h为燃油经济性和排放水平变化的车速转折点;加速工况下,加速度取0.6 m/s2左右时,各速度区间的油耗速率、NOx和CO排放速率均达到最大,且当车速取45~60 km/h时,该加速度工况下的3个指标分别高达匀速时的2.6倍、2.3倍和8.3倍。研究表明,燃油消耗、NOx和CO排放速率三者中,油耗速率对速度的敏感性最高,CO排放速率对加速度的敏感性最高,不同城市等级和不同路段类型对油耗和排放有较大影响。In order to study the fuel consumption,NOx and CO emission of heavy-duty diesel coaches under real-world driving conditions,the consumption and emission data of a China V heavy diesel coach in three cities including Nanjing,Changzhou and Zhenjiang were collected by the portable emission measurement system(PEMS).From the angle of speed and acceleration,the fuel consumption rate and emission rate under different driving conditions were analyzed.The analysis showed that the speed of 40~50 km/h was the turning point for achieving the change of fuel economy and emission level under uniform speed.When the acceleration was about 0.6 m/s2,the fuel consumption rate,NOx and CO emission rate of each speed range reached the maximum.And when the speed was within 45~60 km/h and the acceleration was 0.6 m/s2,the fuel consumption rate,NOx and CO emission rate reach 2.6,2.3 and 8.3 times as much as that of a uniform speed,respectively.The study showed that the fuel consumption rate had the highest sensitivity to speed,and the CO emission rate had the highest sensitivity to acceleration.In addition,the different urban hierarchy and different road type had great influence on the fuel consumption and emission.
